Yoga in the Galleries

6:00 pm-7:00 pm

Begin your week with a restorative Yin yoga flow in the exhibition Anila Quayyum Agha: Let A Million Flowers Bloom. Taught by local yoga and meditation instructor Tyler Sowards, who specializes in teaching Yin yoga, a beginner-friendly practice that brings relief to the body (particularly the nervous system) and mind through deep stretching and unwinding of the fascia (deep tissue). Mats and props provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Registration is required for each class as space is limited to ensure physical distancing. Appropriate for all skill levels. Ages 13 and up. No unaccompanied minors.

$15 / $12 for members. Priority registration for members only through Friday, April 8. Join  today!
