Yoga on Boyd Plaza

Sunday, December 6 | Noon – 1:00p.m.

Relax, recharge, and refresh with some outdoor yoga. Instructor Stacey Millner-Collins leads a class combining gentle flow with precise biomechanical alignment to open the body. A breathing practice and relaxation/meditation period will conclude the session. All levels of experience welcome; modifications will be offered for different levels of experience. Please bring your own mats. Class may be moved indoors for inclement weather. Registration is limited to ensure physical distancing. This class may be moved inside due to inclement weather. 

$20 / $16 for members. Join today!

Initially trained in India, Stacey Millner-Collins, E-RYT-500, has been a full-time yoga teacher for the last 25 years and is considered the most experienced teacher in Columbia. Millner-Collins is founder and director of City Yoga, voted the best yoga studio in Columbia for the last 9 years, and is the host of the nationally distributed PBS program Yoga in Practice.
