From figure drawing to shading and perspective, campers learn the basics of 2D composition with media ranging from pencils to charcoal. They get inspired sketching inside and outside of the museum as they learn time-tested techniques to make drawings come to life. Instructor: Alia Schwartz. Capacities are limited to allow for physical distancing in the CMA studios; face coverings are required.

$175 / $140 for Solo members and above. Priority registration for members only through February 28. Join today!

This camp is sold out. To be added to a wait list, please contact Dana at [email protected]

Some camps for ages 7 – 12 have the Lunch Buddies option, which means these campers can stay all day from morning camp through afternoon camp. Lunch Buddies bring their own brown bag lunch, must be registered for both morning and afternoon camps, and pay a $25 fee.
