FAAAC presents An MLK Celebration

Saturday, January 16 | 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Storytelling event 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. | Facebook Live

Celebrate the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. with a livestreamed storytelling event hosted by CMA docent Nancy Tolson. Local storytellers share personal stories and experiences with the community. Pick up free takeaway art kits from the Welcome Desk for artful fun outside or at home with your quaran-team.

Enjoy free admission to the CMA collection throughout the day courtesy of BlueCross BlueSheild of South Carolina. Reserve an advance ticket to the museum here.

The in-person storytelling portion of this event has been moved online out of caution for guests, storytellers, and staff. Please enjoy this storytelling event free on Facebook Live.

Program support provided by the Friends of African American Art & Culture.
