Art Class: Foundations of Drawing

Wednesdays, December 2, 9, and 16 | 10:00 a.m. – Noon

Learn drawing fundamentals in this three-part class taught by local art educator Mary Hendrix. Students learn techniques using pencil, charcoal, conté crayon, and more to build on each week’s learnings. Hendrix holds a bachelor’s degree in art from East Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in teaching from the University of South Carolina. Ages 15 and up. All materials and equipment provided. Capacity limited to 10 participants to allow for physical distancing in the CMA studios.
