FAAAC 2026 Annual Meeting

Friday
June 12, 2026
6:00 pm-8:00 pm

Friends of African American Art & Culture (FAAAC), an affinity group of the Columbia Museum of Art, is dedicated to championing Black art, artists, and cultural expression through exhibitions, educational initiatives, and community-centered programming. Head to the CMA for this year’s annual meeting, an evening of elegance, culture, and connection inspired by the spirit of the Harlem Renaissance.

The event features captivating live music from New York-based jazz duo Acute Inflections, known for their sophisticated blend of jazz, R&B, and soulful storytelling. Their sound merges timeless influences with a modern sensibility, creating an intimate and engaging performance experience. Guests are invited to dress to impress in Harlem Renaissance-inspired attire, enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres along with wine and spirits, and take part in this celebration of Black culture, creativity, and community.

Each guest receives a complimentary drink ticket at check-in. Additional beverages are available for purchase. Please register in advance to assist with planning.

$55 / free for FAAAC members. Join today!
