CDL Presents Jewels and Timepieces: The World of Art Deco in Jewelry Design

Join the Columbia Design League (CDL) for an immersive evening exploring the elegance and allure of Art Deco jewelry and watch design. The evening begins with an exclusive tour of Sylvan’s Jewelers, where guests discover the beauty of fine jewelry and watches that capture the bold geometry and craftsmanship of the Art Deco period.

Afterward, stroll across the street to the Columbia Museum of Art for a talk by Sylvan’s owner and fourth-generation jeweler Arnold Schiffman III and a chance to explore the exhibition French Moderns, where you’ll experience firsthand the artistic legacy that continues to inspire designers today.
