Reception begins at 6:00 p.m. / Face-off begins at 6:30 p.m. It's all or nothing in this high-energy, high-altitude finalists face-off! The Columbia Design League's new Play With Your City public art competition finale features three finalists competing for funding of their proposals. Award-winning NYC-based arts writer, editor and blogger Teri Tynes returns to Columbia to select the winner. Each finalist has a few minutes to present their public art proposal and defend it in response to questions from Tynes, the audience and other finalists.
