At the Columbia Museum of Art, we embark upon an incredible journey every day to share the Museum's mission to educate, inspire and enrich lives through art. We depend on the generosity of people like you to help us fulfill our mission. Your charitable donation to the Columbia Museum of Art Fund supports the educational and artistic underpinning of all that the Museum does for our community.
The Museum relies on a broad range of support from the community to sustain our outstanding art collection, exceptional educational programs, concerts and world-class exhibitions. No gift you give to the museum is too small! For example:
- $25 buys paintbrushes, crayons and paper for the Museum's after-school programs for community partners like the Boys and Girls Club and the Girl Scouts.
- $75 buys gallery backpack supplies - fun interactive materials and educational games for visiting children.
- $125 pays for an experienced security guard to protect your favorite artworks for one day.
- $400 keeps the 25 museum galleries perfectly lit for one day.
- $1,200 funds a Family Fun program for hundreds of people in our community.
- $2,000 pays for reframing and hanging a treasured painting in the gallery.
