The tenth annual Auntie Karen Celebration of African American History Program is designed to provide a venue to display the works and talents of local vendors and artisans. The 2014 program will feature, local performers specializing in jazz and gospel, poetry and visual arts. ¬ďThe Shops at Auntie Karen¬ís Place¬Ē will feature local vendors and artisans throughout the entire program.

Performances begin at 11:00 AM. Program participants for the event include: performances by local schools; Visual Artists: Shaneka Jackson Kinsey and Sylvia Williams. Auntie Young Entrepreneurs: Courtland Thomas, Lee Livingston; Joshua Eaddy and more; The Family Tech Corner will be presented by BDPA Greater Columbia Chapter.
